Lot 27 - Shibori Cascade Development Medium Stoneform
Signed by the artist
Description
Sometimes a piece doesn’t reveal its true pattern until it emerges from the kiln. With swirling lines and shifting colours running across the surface, this artwork is a wonderful example of Peter’s playful approach to development. Whether it began its journey as a Cascade or a Shibori, the final pattern was discovered through Peter’s elaborate process of sketching directly onto the blowing iron.
