Cynefin is a Welsh word conveying the multifaceted, historically-rooted factors of our environment and experiences that shape us in complex, often imperceptible ways. Ruth layers vibrant colours and patterns within the material, which only fully reveal themselves once gravity's influence is applied during the creation process. The results are vessels that capture the breathtaking hues found in nature, serving as a tangible exploration of the artist's relationship with her surroundings. Through this free-form, cold-worked technique, the finished pieces embody the hidden depths and nuances of Ruth's research into the concept of Cynefin - the idea that our environments and lived experiences intertwine to influence us in profound, inscrutable ways.

Delivery, Collection & Returns
We personally pack each shipment with care and aim to send most orders out within 1-3 working days. Orders placed on a Friday will be shipped the following week. Within the UK delivery typically takes 1-3 working days. International delivery typically takes 5-14 working days, depending on location.
All orders are shipped via DHL with a signed-for service. You will receive shipping details as soon as your order is booked in. If you have a specific day you'd like to receive your order, please let us know. We're also happy to include a handwritten note if you'd like.
