Vessel (R1946) is a new development is Colin's use of strata of rich strong colour between layers of clear glass. On these pieces, Colin has added extensive coldworking techniques including 'battuto' cutting. One of the first of these pieces was acquired by the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge.
