Red Annulum

Annulum, derived from the word annulus, demonstrates Anthony's exploration of ring-shaped structures. The piece comprises four elements, with two clear segments offset against each other and balanced by a coloured optical glass core. The curved segments' parabolic nature creates shifting optical illusions based on viewing angle. For Anthony, these perceptual effects reinforce how reality is shaped by sensory information.
