Layne’s Quill and Ink sets draw inspiration from Sana Olivia Hernandez's poem, featuring five symbolic quills. Each tells its own story: a raven's feather dips into black ink, wielded by a mourner writing of death; a brown-and-white hen's feather meets pink ink as a mother pens tales of love; an eagle's quill draws with red ink, like a soldier recording war in blood. A blue phoenix feather paired with multicoloured ink represents the artist's imagination of wonderful worlds, while a swan's feather accompanies dazzling white ink, depicting a beauty's observations of this repulsive world.
