Description
Caleta draw their inspiration from rocks Colin encountered while trekking on a volcanic island in the Atlantic. Through the lost wax casting technique, he captured the rocks' natural textures, carefully modelling them into the sculptural forms in wax before casting. The pieces were realized in optical glass, resulting in remarkable clarity and pristine light transmission that creates internal reflections and refractions of the textural elements. The striking turquoise accents come from a copper patina, which Colin melted into the glass during the casting process. Each piece underwent an extensive two-week annealing period after casting, followed by meticulous cold-working, grinding, and polishing to achieve their final, refined state.

Delivery, Collection & Returns
We personally pack each shipment with care and aim to send most orders out within 1-3 working days. Orders placed on a Friday will be shipped the following week. Within the UK delivery typically takes 1-3 working days. International delivery typically takes 5-14 working days, depending on location.
All orders are shipped via DHL with a signed-for service. You will receive shipping details as soon as your order is booked in. If you have a specific day you'd like to receive your order, please let us know. We're also happy to include a handwritten note if you'd like.
