Final Carrier Forgotten XV
Final Carrier Forgotten XV explores the evolution of knowledge storage and dissemination across ages. The artist merges imagery of sailing ships and computers, symbolising the technologies of different eras used for this purpose. Employing transparent cast glass as a medium, the work develops a unique visual language to represent information storage and display. The sculpture originates from the artist's impressions, observations, and questions about societal knowledge systems. Through the casting process, these ideas are refined into a moment of pure expression, embodying the artist's findings and emotions in a single, crystallised form.
