We were joined for an engaging online glassblowing demonstration with winner of the Netflix programme Blown Away II, Elliot Walker. He created a component from one of his visually breathtaking still life compositions, which he is making for PAD London. Once a member of the London Glassblowing team, Elliot now creates his exceptional pieces in his own studio so it was extra special to welcome him back!

A Golden Christmas at London Glassblowing
We are marking the countdown to our 50th anniversary with a gold-themed Christmas exhibition. Founded by Peter Layton in 1976, the studio has evolved into one of Europe's longest-running glass galleries. Artists have created special pieces incorporating gold to celebrate this milestone "Golden Year" as the studio prepares for 2026's anniversary celebrations.
