And As the Ice Keeps Melting began as a copper oxide drawing on paper. When water was sprayed onto the drawing, images of icy landscape emerged, revealing references to rising seas and climate change. Made from recycled Bullseye scrap glass converted to frit, the vessel incorporates light aqua powder reflecting ice colours, with the drawing digitalised as a waterslide enamel decal fused at 720°C.
