Vitreum Red draws its inspiration from Marc Chagall’s stained glass windows found in Reims Cathedral, which for Tim, conjures memories of a childhood visit to see them. Vivid recollections of striking stained glass come alive in the textured colour, evoking a sense of movement and fluidity.

Vitreum Blue’s rich colour nods to an underwater scene. The colour application adds a painterly texture to the glass, providing depth and further alluding to an enchanting aquatic world. Using a colour creation technique, much like marbling in textiles, Tim captures the essence of movement and fluidity.
