Almost wherever you are in Cape Town, South Africa, you are aware of Table Mountain. It dominates the views, affects the climate, the flora, and the fauna. In this body of work, Kate  communicates the feeling of walking around this dramatic landscape. Her fused and polished glass blocks are arranged to show different aspects of the mountain complex and its relationship to the sea and other geographical features.
