These massive forms are created in layers of colour and pre-made inclusions. I use the term massive to denote solidity rather than scale. Burano in the title refers to the fine network within, while the lightning refers to the yellow bolt-like elements. I especially like the soft organic/undulating forms and the optical effects they engender.
