Echinus - In a variety of colours

The Echinus series came from my love of manipulating hot glass and the tactile qualities of it. They are inspired by Sea Urchin shells. I am fascinated by how every shell is different and how nature has created such beautiful patterns. They have a texture that draws the viewer in and this is something i wanted to harness in my glass, balancing out the want to touch with the fragility.

Available in a variery of colours - Anna Grun, Heliotrope, Wine Red, Grey, Aqua & Gold
